2 – 2.1 Critically appraise the leadership behaviours and skills required to deliver strategic goals
The response needs rewriting here. Whilst the content is relevant you are not asked to discussed leadership style but rather leadership behaviours and skills. Some of the latter will come out of analysis of styles but this is not the required focus.
Basically there are two responses here. You have a lengthy response about styles and then there is another response on the strategic leader with a lengthy conclusions section. Start with the strategic leader and critically review skills and behaviours. There is no need for a separate section on conclusions.

The introduction is not needed. Start with the strategic principles and link them to organisational challenges. This is too lengthy. Stay focused on the two areas where the critical reflection is needed please.
