3. Review the APA 7e Guide on how to format a paper and cite sources properly.
4. Part 1: Create a table of the theories, comparing and contrasting each.
5. Part 2: In a three-four page, APA-formatted document, address the following:
   1. Choose at least two theories from the assigned readings. Compare how those theories:
      1. address gender, culture, and ethnicity in terms of differences in the ways in which men and women grieve or how different cultures respond to grief and loss and how the theories address these components
      2. define a “successful adaptation” to change
      3. explain grief and loss as it relates to age or development.

         1. In your opinion, does one theory address bereavement better than the others? Please explain.
   2. In addition, discuss the following:
      1. Why is grief and loss an important topic for social workers, especially in assessment of clients? How is it important for the clients you work with in your practicum?
      2. How can you apply and justify these grief and loss theories to achieve change and development and improve life opportunities for clients? Give an example.
      3. How do you think your own experience with grief and loss impact your practice, either positively or negatively?
