• make three observations about the data and conclusions in the article.
• make sure to include observations from the data about how we in criminal justice are doing in keeping our communities safe when it comes to using our corrections system and preventing repeating crimes and repeating offenders from acting? (You may also incorporate information or data from your textbook if you wish in making your observations and analysis).

Remember again, this is an assignment about looking at data. While you may have some strong personal opinions about the topic(s), what does the data tell you ?
