Project proposal to propose a new product, service, or policy for Alfaisal University.

I will attach the assignment description, along with the rubric and a sample proposal for reference. I would like you to do something quite similar. I have already thought about a product/service. I would like for our university to implement a well-integrated physical and digital system of signs and directories across campus. I have previously written an essay about this product that I will attach here for more reference. However, you do no need to refer to it.
