MAN3784- Environmental audit Project

This is a template that will help you develop your individual project: to create an Environmental Audit plan based on ISO 14001.

Use your critical thinking skills to identify the environmental sources, targets, performance indicators, and metrics needed to assess the micro business you created in Week 1. You will be sharing some of your work in some discussion posts in Weeks 5 and 7 and are welcome to include the good idea

s of your colleagues, as long as you cite your sources.

Length and level of detail. You do not have to complete all “areas to be assessed” if some are not applicable to your business; however, stretch your mind to consider all potentially adverse environmental effects that would be experienced by your business. You may use bullets or spacing to make information clear and readable.

Grading. The project is worth 50 points: 15 points for the program summary and overview; 15 points for the table developing performance indicators (10 points each for identifying sources, targets and performance indicators); 15 points for the table developing metrics (5 points each for the details – what, where, how, and when – of at least five metrics); and 5 points for professional appearance.
