and organisational change for the company. This includes identifying
issue(s)/problems and the changes the company implemented
relating them to theories/models covered in seminars. Based on
existing literature, provide recommendations on how these problems
can be overcome.

o Identify ALL possible issues/problems that inspired the need for change in the company
and what were those changes related to employee and organisational change and
development. Demonstrate understanding of those issues through citing appropriate

o Critically analyse and explain the issues/problems (identified in the Identification of
Problems/Issues section) and the changes the company implemented. Use relevant OD
and ED theory(s)/ models or frameworks or concepts to justify the utility of those changes
covered in the course content; and

o Based on the case analysis, provide recommendations on how the problems/issues
could be resolved/avoided. Suggest your own OD or ED plan for the company and
theoretically justify your recommendations.
o Recap your main points and key conclusions from your analysis.
o APA6 or AMJ for all referencing. Refer to the UQ library website for details. We expect
you to use a RANGE of peer reviewed references (at least 5 appropriate academic
references). Please only include references for material that you have USED in the report
– not material that you have simply read.

which you use active voice. It is purposeful and conveys relevant information in a clear,
concise, and effective manner.

- Ensure that the in-text references and the references list at the end of the report use the
VANCOUVER Referencing Style
- DO NOT include Executive Summary
- The word limit is 1000-1200 words – in this unit the convention is that 10% over the limit is
acceptable. If you exceed this limit, a 10% penalty on the assignment’s overall mark will be
applied. Reports that do not include a word count on the cover will be assumed to be over the
limit and receive a 10% penalty. All words (excluding the title page and references list) are
included in the word count.
