Creating a Business Process Document

Using BPMN, create a diagram of this process. Your diagram should meet the following requirements:

• A clear process that demonstrates an accurate and logical interpretation of the written description.
• A process that correctly utilizes appropriate BPMN Notation
• A process that is laid out with formatting and appearance appropriate to a BPMN process and creates a visually interesting document

Attached is what i was given as an example and tutorial, aswell as the rubric as what is required on the BPMN. Need the file and screenshots of the BPMN.
