It’s to measure if teacher’s routine practice of Transformational leadership (TL) will positively impact the students’ academic growth.
I have trained 30 teachers on how to apply TL practices into their classrooms. I have surveyed them before and after.
As for the students, I have screened them with (NWEA MAP) measurement of academic progress.
Before and after as well.
I have analysed the data using SPSS ( through a specialist statics person)
I need to move forward with chapter 4 the finding and discussion.
