1.You are flying your personal aircraft from KGFK to 21D (Lake Elmo, MN) under VFR. Over KPNM (Princeton, MN), you contact MSP Center and request flight following to 21D. Center assigns you to squawk and ident 3753. The controller then advises you, “radar contact 5 miles southeast of KPNM. We have a report that you have entered restricted airspace. Please give MSP Center a call at 651-472-2947 when you get on the ground.”

e.The inspector, who is now holding your documents, states: “I’m going to need to take these back to the office to make some copies. If you give me the address where you’re staying, I’ll have them returned to you in a couple of hours.” What will you do and how should you respond?
f.Assume you declined to allow the inspector to take your documents, but the inspector decides to ignore your response and heads for the parking lot with your documents. What will you do and how should you respond?
g.Now the inspector turns nice, almost apologetic, saying: “Look, I think you’re blowing this way out of proportion. We received an incident report and I have to investigate it. The sooner I get answers to a few questions, the sooner I can complete my report and close the file on this. Can you tell me where you just flew this airplane in from?” What will you do and how should you respond?

i.A few days later, you receive a phone call from a person who identifies himself as an FAA inspector and inquiries: “I’ve been assigned to investigate a report that you flew through R-4301 over Miller AAF without permission. What can you tell me about that?” What will you do and how should you respond?
j.Three weeks later, you receive a letter of investigation from the FAA inspector asking for you to “provide additional evidence or statements regarding your flight from KGFK to 21D within 10 days.” What will you do and how should you respond? Explain.
